All recesses are held outdoors, even during winter, unless weather does not permit.  Then recess will be held indoors.
       During the winter months parents are asked to provide their child with proper clothing for outside activities: winter coat, hat or earmuffs, gloves or mittens, and boots.  Snow pants are required if students want to play in the snow.
      Only those students with special health concerns will be allowed to remain inside for recess. Occasionally, students may be required to attend a study period during noon recess to complete unfinished work. This is at the teacher's discretion.
