If parents want to voice a concern, the concern should first be addressed to the coach privately, after the completion of an event, in a Christian manner. If the concern were unresolved, the next step would be for the parent to notify the Athletic Director. In the event the concern remains unresolved, the parent should contact the principal. This would follow the procedure the Lord sets up for us in Matthew 18.
